Sixteen communities across the Tri-Cities and greater Los Angeles area, all run from one yard on Garfield Ave in Glendale. Here is exactly where we deliver, and how quickly.

Our yard sits on 550 W Garfield Ave, close enough to downtown Glendale that most in-town calls are same-day. That location decides the shape of our day: Glendale itself is the quickest, the Tri-Cities and foothill cities — Burbank, Pasadena, La Cañada Flintridge and South Pasadena — are typically same- or next-day depending on how far out they sit, the Los Angeles neighborhoods we cover — Eagle Rock, Atwater Village, Highland Park, Silver Lake, Toluca Lake, North Hollywood, Tujunga, Sunland and Glassell Park — usually run next-day, and the unincorporated communities of Montrose and La Crescenta are generally scheduled as next-day routes rather than same-day work. We would rather tell you that plainly than promise a container by lunchtime and leave you waiting.
This part of Los Angeles County genuinely mixes four different kinds of local government, and it matters for anyone placing a container in a public street or right-of-way rather than a private driveway: Glendale administers its own permits, each of the Tri-Cities/foothill cities administers its own separate permit process, the Los Angeles neighborhoods on our list fall under City of Los Angeles permitting, and Montrose and La Crescenta fall under Los Angeles County Public Works. Each community page below names the correct authority for that address, along with the access, housing stock and local landmarks we actually run into there.
The service area
One home city, four incorporated Tri-Cities/foothill cities, nine Los Angeles neighborhoods and two unincorporated Los Angeles County communities.
The Tri-Cities city we're based in. Usually same-day, especially near the yard.
Four real, independently incorporated cities, each with its own permit office and housing stock. Most runs are same- or next-day depending on distance from the yard.
Nine real Los Angeles neighborhoods — not their own incorporated cities, so right-of-way placement falls under City of Los Angeles permitting. Usually next-day.
Two real, named unincorporated communities with no city government of their own — anything beyond a private driveway runs on Los Angeles County's rules. Usually next-day.

All 16 communities from our Garfield Ave yard: Glendale itself, the nearby Tri-Cities and foothill cities of Burbank, Pasadena, La Cañada Flintridge and South Pasadena, the Los Angeles neighborhoods of Eagle Rock, Atwater Village, Highland Park, Silver Lake, Toluca Lake, North Hollywood, Tujunga, Sunland and Glassell Park, and the unincorporated communities of Montrose and La Crescenta. Glendale and the closer neighborhoods are the quickest, and farther communities are usually next-day.
Distance is a real cost, so a delivery to a farther community is not priced the same as one in Glendale. What we will not do is hide it. You get the full number on the phone before anything is booked, and it does not change afterwards unless the load goes over the tonnage allowance you agreed to.
It depends on the address. A Glendale address goes through the City of Glendale Public Works Permit Processing Center. Burbank, Pasadena, La Cañada Flintridge and South Pasadena each run their own city permit process. The Los Angeles neighborhoods on our list — Eagle Rock, Atwater Village, Highland Park, Silver Lake, Toluca Lake, North Hollywood, Tujunga, Sunland and Glassell Park — fall under City of Los Angeles permitting. Montrose and La Crescenta fall under Los Angeles County Public Works. A container kept entirely on your own driveway or private lot typically does not need a permit anywhere on this list, but always confirm current requirements with the relevant office before placement.
Ahead of Santa Ana wind season and after a winter atmospheric-river storm comes through, and during the busiest stretch of the spring-through-fall renovation season, book as early as you can. Outside those windows you can usually get a container within a day or two. Active construction sites book out fastest, so plan ahead if you are working on one.
Yes, and it happens constantly with rental properties and job sites where the owner is not on site. Mark the spot with a cone, a stake or a chalk line, tell us about gate codes and any steep or narrow access, and stay reachable by phone. The driver will call before setting the container down if anything looks wrong.
Call and ask. Our published service area covers the 16 communities listed on this page, from Glendale through the rest of the Tri-Cities, the nearby Los Angeles neighborhoods and the unincorporated communities on our list. If your address is close to that footprint but not listed, call and ask — we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you or whether you are better served by someone closer.
